Cooper Imports is a western New York based company which was founded in 1990 solely for the distribution of WELLIPETS children's rainboots in North America. Since then, we have expanded our line to include not only WELLIPETS children's rainboots but also WELLIPETS children's clogs, FORTY MILE CREEK children's raincoats, RAINPETS children's raincoats and umbrellas and SWIMPETS.
